음악적 성장은 '얼마나 빨리 잘하게 되었는가'가 아니라
'얼마나 깊이 자기 것이 되었는가'에 있습니다.
그래서 CCA는 단단한 기본기를 매우 중요하게 생각합니다.
단단한 기본기는 배우는 것이 아니라 체화하는 것입니다.
합주는 '혼자 잘하는 사람들이 모이는 자리'가 아닙니다.
각자가 음악을 체화했을 때 비로소 다른 사람의 소리를 듣고,
제대로 들을 수 있어야 비로소 호흡을 맞출 수 있습니다.
합주의 기쁨은 제대로 된 배움 위에서만 쌓일 수 있습니다.
